Indian Society of Blood Transfusion & Immunohaematology awarded “ NATIONAL
LEELA MOOLGOANKAR AWARD ” for 1994 in the field of Blood Transfusion
( Certificates and Gold Medal along with Cheque was given by Governor of Kerela
State in Trivendrum on 1st Oct’94 for rendering services in the field of Blood
Transfusion & voluntary Blood Donation movement in India.

Office for dedicated services in the field of Blood Transfusion and Cancer
Detection in Nov’94.

Expert for Licensing Blood Banks in State of Rajasthan from Govt. of India
Being Organizing Secretary conducted National Symposium on AIDS and development
in Blood Transfusion in Feb’95.Where Specialist and dignitaries were invited
from all over India .The Symposium was great success .Organized National workshop
on formulation of strategy on voluntary Blood Donation at Jaipur which was inauragated
by Shri Bali Ram Bhagat ,Former Governor of Rajasthan ,also organized National
Workshop on IEC for promotion of Voluntary Blood Donation at Kota in April 1999.
Being the founder of Kota Blood Bank Society established Voluntary Blood Bank at
Basant Bihar, Kota which is successfully running for last six years providing safe
Blood to the needy patient and also running Thalassemia Clinic on every Sunday and
Wednesday where free blood Transfusion is given to the Thalassemic Children Recently
our Blood Bank has separated by machines and required component of Blood is given
according to the need of patients .Established two more voluntary Blood Bank in
Rajasthan , Alwar and Bhilwara ,which is running on charitable basis.
Being the founder of Kota Cancer Society established a Cancer Clinic in Jain Diwaker
Charitable Hospital where free consultation and Investigations are done free of cost
for Cancer Patient .During my Secretaryship Kota Cancer Society actively participated
in establishing Cobalt Therapy Unit in M.B.S. Hospital Kota where thousands of Cancer
Patients are benefited .Organizing Cancer detection and awareness camps in Urban and
Rural areas . At present being the president of Kota Cancer Society committed to
establish the Cancer Hospital at Basant Bihar Kota.The construction work has already
been started.
Organizing Cancer update every year where Cancer Specialist from Delhi and Tata Memorial
Hospital are invited to give guest lecture to all local Doctors.
Invited to Participate in Conference on “ SAFE BLOOD TRANSFUSION ” on 7th April 2001,WHO
day, at Colombo (Sri Lanka ) where elected as member of Executive Council for SAARC
Association of Blood Transfusion Medicine.
